Ted spent 25 years as an entrepreneur in the food business and the last 10 years as a coach/trainer working with organizations and individuals as an expert in creative change. He completed over a 1000 hours of study in personal and professional development concluding in a 37 day training in human dynamics in Santiago, Chile with 50 other people from around the world.
